When a person views your website you have approximately 5– 10 seconds to get their attention and provide them with some useful information before they click off and go elsewhere. This aspect goes hand in hand with being both helpful and useful.
Your website menu should be clear and easy to use, and your sales pages should give your customers a full understanding of the purchase process at all times.
